My mom just showed me this book from my grandpa’s funeral ceremony, it’s “Beginner Kim Lessons”. Maybe this photo was the first time I touched ‘Kim (Thai dulcimer)’. My grandpa taught me since I was eight. I’m so sorry that I wasn’t enjoyed it at that time and made many troubles. TT_TT
Now the sound of kim you taught me can make my audiences happy. I miss you, grandpa (If you could hear my music maybe you would surprised that this is not what you taught, ha ha).
And now I play kim with happiness.
PS. The author of this dulcimer lesson is my auntie.
